We have been advising executives long enough to have lived the constraint from the inside: turning down a profitable engagement because the week is full, spending an evening reformatting work whose analysis had been finished for three days, redoing a deliverable because an assumption could no longer be found.
We looked for a tool that would make that part of the work delegable without handing files we are not allowed to expose to a consumer service. Nothing did both.
Cogni6 came out of that. Not in a research lab, not in an accelerator. Between an engagement running late and a client file that had nowhere to go.

What limits a firm is almost never the expertise. It is the number of senior hours an engagement demands, and the share of that work nobody bills.
French is not a translation
The product is designed in Canadian French, not translated afterwards. An engagement is framed and delivered in the language it is discussed in.
Technology amplifies, it does not replace
A conclusion you could not defend in front of your client is worth nothing, however fast it was produced.
Nothing is announced before it is measured
We do not publish a gain we have not measured on a real case. The guided trial exists to produce that number, including when it disappoints.
Built by consultants
We use our own product on our own engagements. Every capability is tested on work that carries our name.
Doubt is settled in the client's favour
When detection fails, sending is blocked rather than degraded. There is no silent fallback to plaintext.
